The bespoke pickup arrives in a private Mercedes Vito with a single driver assigned to your party for the entire morning. There is no co-loading, no waiting at hotel after hotel before launch.

Pickup and overall tour times shift through the year with the sunrise. Your final pickup time is emailed by 18:00 the day before, that timing always supersedes the window above.

Your party arrives at the launch site as the balloon is being inflated. Light breakfast at the launch area, your pilot conducts the safety briefing personally to your group. Proposal & celebration logistics confirmed here, in private.

If weather conditions do not allow flying, your private basket is rebooked to the next available morning. We hold your add-ons (photographer, proposal coordination) and re-coordinate with the same partners at no extra cost. If you cannot stay an additional day, you receive a full refund, including all paid add-ons. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled flight are refunded in full.
